The Xerox Customer Support Forum is a peer-to-peer forum. On the forum you can post a question about your Xerox products and others will answer with solutions or set-ups that have worked for them. The forum is a great place to share knowledge for the benefit of the Xerox customer community.
The forum has some requirements and rules which are detailed our Terms of Service (TOS) agreement that is posted in the Welcome board on the forum. These Terms of Service have been updated recently. Please review the TOS. Continuing to use the forum will indicate your acceptance of the Terms of Service. If you do not agree with or accept the Terms of Service, please cease using the Forum.
On the Customer Support Forum, you can upload photos / images of, screenshots, image quality errors, screen messages, etc. Please remember that all images must go to a moderation queue to be approved by one of our moderators. Your uploaded images will not be displayed immediately. Please refrain from reposting the same question if your images do not display. It can take some time to get your images approved. We will get to them as quickly as we can. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
One last thing. While the forum is a place to seek support, the comments section of the blog is not. Feel free to comment on the blog article or ask for clarification of something in the article. When seeking support for an issue with your Xerox products please post those to the Xerox Customer Support Forum. The back and forth exchanges in the forum allow for troubleshooting an issue. The comments section does not have that ability.
