Product Demonstrations Your Way

Do you want to see how the printer or multifunction printer works before you purchase?  There are a couple of ways to get product demonstrations of the printers before you make your decision.  See the printer in action and see the features that are important to you. Even ask questions in a virtual product demo to learn about the features that matter to you and your work processes.

Let’s talk about a couple of ways to get a demo.  One way to see a demonstration is to go to one of our Customer Experience Centers. The Customer Experience Centers are state-of-the-art centers where you can see the printers in operation and try the features that could make your business more productive.  You can request a visit to one of the centers by contacting your Xerox Sales Rep, Channel Partner manager or request one by filling out the online form

The centers are in Palo Alto, CA, Chicago, IL, Webster, NY, Washington, DC, and New York City, NY. If you are in, near or traveling to one of these cities consider going in person to see the Xerox printer(s) you are interested in adding to your business.

Not near any of the Customer Experience Centers?  Then consider requesting a Live-Stream product demonstration.  From the comfort of your own office, you can see the printers in action and ask questions to tailor the demo to your needs. Virtual demos are currently available for the following office assistant printers and production printers:

  • Xerox® AltaLink® C8055

i bought recently a WorkCenter 3025. I do not print or copy every day, so I prefer to turn it off. Can anybody tell me how can I avoid the printing of the Configuration Report whenever the machine is turned on?

      Hi Renato,
Thanks for reading the blog. Please search the online knowledgebase for your WorkCentre 3025 for configuration report. Alternately consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.
      Thanks,
      CherylO-Xerox
