Happy Holidays: Take a Moment to Reflect

Happy Holidays to all. As we celebrate everything from Hanukkah, Christmas, Boxing Day, Kwanzaa, the Winter Solstice, New Year’s Eve and yes, even Festivus for the rest of us, remember to bring a little of the holiday spirit into your business.  We hope that no matter which holidays you celebrate or commemorate that you are able to take a little time for yourself this holiday season. Take time to enjoy the season and reflect on your successes and opportunities from the year gone by.

From my Xerox Family to you and yours thank you for letting us share part of your time this past year, we appreciate the opportunity to support you in doing what you do. We wish you success and prosperity for the New Year.

How come that if you have an upset customer Xerox doesn’t answer? At least this has been my experience in Spain.
    Thank you

      Hi Richard,
Thank you for reading the blog. I apologize if you have not gotten the support you need. I can not speak to the processes in Spain but here in North America we are responsive to all customers. There is a customer relations group that customers can contact if they are dissatisfied with the support they have received. I do not know if the same applies in Western Europe. Please contact Xerox in Spain and ask if they have a customer relations group that you can help you.
      Thanks,

I see that you didn’t publish my previous comment. Moreover, you don’t publish any comments. You have 0 comments in all your posts. That means that either nobody comments, which is terrible in its own right, or that all the comments are negative and you don’t want to publish them. Anyway, such hipocrisy just makes me sad.

      Hi Richard,
Please see my answer to your previous comment. I apologize for the delay in releasing your post but it was the holiday season and we did not work on Christmas Day when your comment was created. Happy New Year to you and thanks for your comments.

Maybe you could post the customer relations group email address for your clients, so they can find it if they need it (because there’s nowhere to be found on your website, please correct me if I’m wrong)
I did contact Xerox Spain many times, believe me. I did ask for a customer relations service, but they had no idea of what I was talking about. Now I have a new problem, I need yellow toner, I asked for it 12 days ago, and Xerox Spain told me that it was out of stock and I had to wait until next Monday (one full week more). Thank goodness I phoned, they didn’t even care to inform me. That’s the kind of service we have. Ah, but the maintenance invoice arrived on time, with a 6% increase in costs. Happy New Year!

      Hi Richard,
Thanks again for reading the blog. You are correct the Customer Relations group email has been removed, Customer Relations has changed their processes. This comment section of the At Your Service blog is not a support channel. I can not do anything about the toner being on back order. We are located in North America and have no information about the processes of Xerox Spain. You need to contact support or supplies in your country.
      Thanks,
      CherylO-Xerox

News about the price increase. Xerox increased prices by 6.8%, but according to the contract they can’t exceed 6%. So here we go again, Xerox breaking its own rules.

Well, no holiday season now and posts don’t get moderated. Just like everything else works in xerox. I’ve been waiting for two and a half weeks to get yellow toner delivered here in Spain. Happy Holidays!

      Hi Richard,
Again this is not a support channel, comments are not posted immediately. We manage them in a timely manner. There is still nothing we can do to get the yellow toner to you in Spain. You need to contact Xerox Spain for help with your toner issue.
      Thanks,
      CherylO-Xerox

Oh I did contact xerox Spain. Same answer: “there’s nothing we can do”. Xerox’s famous words.
