Happy Holidays: Take a Moment to Reflect

Happy Holidays to all. As we celebrate everything from Hanukkah, Christmas, Boxing Day, Kwanzaa, the Winter Solstice, New Year’s Eve and yes, even Festivus for the rest of us, remember to bring a little of the holiday spirit into your business.  We hope that no matter which holidays you celebrate or commemorate that you are able to take a little time for yourself this holiday season. Take time to enjoy the season and reflect on your successes and opportunities from the year gone by.

From my Xerox Family to you and yours thank you for letting us share part of your time this past year, we appreciate the opportunity to support you in doing what you do. We wish you success and prosperity for the New Year.

How come that if you have an upset customer Xerox doesn’t answer? At least this has been my experience in Spain.
    Thank you

      Hi Richard,
Thank you for reading the blog. I apologize if you have not gotten the support you need. I can not speak to the processes in Spain but here in North America we are responsive to all customers. There is a customer relations group that customers can contact if they are dissatisfied with the support they have received. I do not know if the same applies in Western Europe. Please contact Xerox in Spain and ask if they have a customer relations group that you can help you.

I see that you didn’t publish my previous comment. Moreover, you don’t publish any comments. You have 0 comments in all your posts. That means that either nobody comments, which is terrible in its own right, or that all the comments are negative and you don’t want to publish them. Anyway, such hipocrisy just makes me sad.

      Hi Richard,
Please see my answer to your previous comment. I apologize for the delay in releasing your post but it was the holiday season and we did not work on Christmas Day when your comment was created. Happy New Year to you and thanks for your comments.
