Chat With An Expert

Chat support is now easier to find.  A Chat icon has been added to the main support page on making it quicker to find and get to the support you need.  Click on the “Launch the Chat” link to begin your request for a chat support session. The Chat support is available from 7 am to 9 pm Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday in the US.  Times of available chat support will vary by country. See the main support page for your country to see if Chat is available in your region and to see the hours offered.

Once you select “Launch the Chat”, a form will be displayed (see image below).  Fill in the required fields and select submit. After you submit your form the process for chat support begins and you will be connected to a support team member.  You can then chat with the expert to find answers to your questions or troubleshoot to get your problem solved. 

Chat is another option for receiving support on your Xerox printer. Please refer to the blog “Technical Support Your Way” for other support options available to you. We hope you don’t need us but if you do a chat session is another way to get in touch with our support experts. We look forward to chatting with you.

    I bought second hand Xerox Workcentre 7125, there is no scan to pc option on the printer. also I am not able to change the default template for Network Scanner as well.

      Thank you for reading the blog. You need to contact Xerox directly to find out when your contract ends. I do not have access to those records.
