Genuine Xerox Rewards Program Comes to An End

The Genuine Xerox Rewards Program ended on January 30, 2019. We appreciate your participation in the program.   As the program ends, we want to make sure you redeem your points before the end of April.

You can continue to add to your points total by registering your supplies purchases before February 28, 2019.  This was extended from the original termination date of January 30, 2019 to give you more time to grow your points balance.

The online catalog will be available for you to shop and redeem your points until the end of April 2019.  There are thousands of options in the catalog many for as low as 1000 points. There is literally something for everyone. Redeem your points for music, movies, books, travel, electronics, sporting goods and more. You can also donate your points to charity.

Please note that any unused points left after the April 30, 2019 deadline will be forfeited without compensation.

Key Dates to Remember

  • February 28, 2019 is last date to register supplies and receive reward points.
  • April 30, 2019 is last date to shop the online catalog and redeem your reward points.

Head over to the Genuine Xerox Rewards website to register points and redeem your points now before time runs out.

    It is really unfortunate that this information was not relayed to us sooner, or via email and I am only noticing this now, after the site is shut down and I cannot redeem any more points. This was a fun way to earn rewards on our Xerox purchases for the office, sad to see it go without any replacement.

    This is stunningly ridiculous to find this notice today. I only bought genuine Xerox toner supplies for my 3 businesses for the past 7 years, and never used substitutes. I logged in today to find this notice of termination of the program. I have 7 years worth of points you have just stolen from our business with no notice to us. I searched my email inbox and while I regularly get email promotions from Xerox to sell me something else, I received absolutely no warning this was happening with your rewards program. I will eagerly participate in the upcoming Class Action against your company.

    You guys are thieves for discontinuing this program with no emails and no announcements to your loyal customers about this. I received regular emails from Xerox for 7 years beginning with our first purchase of Xerox machines in 2012 and registering points for genuine Xerox toner purchases, all the way until December 2018. I failed to notice Xerox stopped emailing me about the Xerox rewards program after December 2018 and didn’t know this program was discontinued until I logged in July 2019 to register more genuine Xerox supplies. I accumulated 7 years worth of points for 7 genuine Xerox machines for 3 businesses and a home office during this period. I searched my inbox and see I received no Xerox emails between December 20, 2018 and May 16, 2019, which clearly show you were hiding this decision to discontinue the program. In fact, the only place you logged this decision was here in this blog post. Shame on you Xerox. If you fail to make this right, I will gladly take my future business elsewhere.
