Look at Us Now: Xerox Customer Support Community Forum

The Xerox Customer Support Community Forum (CSC) has a new look and feel and we are proud as a peacock about the change.  The site has been updated to simplify navigation, improve the readability and usability on mobile devices and provide suggestions to help you get the most out of your post.

As you will notice the list of boards is easier to read. The search feature is now more prominent in the top section of the forum.  The CSC Forum is now responsive so that the page is easier to view and use on your mobile devices from a tablet to a smartphone.  All the features you are accustomed to are still there but we have added a couple of items.

The new items can be found when you select or tap the “Post Question” button. In the new message screen you will see a few new fields and links that will help you get the most out of your post. See the image below. First you now have a field to enter the operating system/device you are using and the model number or name of the Xerox product you are requesting information about. Providing those two pieces of information will help other readers, not only answer your question with more accuracy, but it will also help other people find answers to questions on their specific machine and operating system.  You will also see a link to tips for writing a better post which provides more information on a better way to write posts to get noticed and answered.

Moving forward you may see a few more small changes as we customize the forum to meet the needs of our users.  We continue to require that all posts be written in English.

Soon we will have a video available with more information on the changes and information for navigating the forum.  A blog article will announce the video as soon as it is released.  In the meantime explore the new look and let us know what you think.  We look forward to your input about what you like and what you would like to see changed.  You can leave your suggestions in the comment area of this article or you can post in the Community Suggestion board on the CSC Forum.
