Support for Your Xerox Printer is a Click Away

Recently we talked about the new look of the Xerox Support pages. Well now we have a new video to help you navigate through the new pages. This video will explain how to get to the support page and also how to search once you are there.

The appropriately titled Support video will walk you through the steps of searching for topics on the support page. I have provided the video below but you can also find it anytime on the Xerox Support YouTube channel.

Now see doesn’t that look easy? Remember the online support is available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The content of the support pages is updated regularly as new issues and solutions are identified. So even if you have searched before for something and not found it try again, it may be there now.

The support pages are also your gateway to the most current drivers and firmware available for your printer(s). Drivers and firmware are updated on an as needed basis so it would be a good idea to check periodically for any updates. You do not have to update your firmware or drivers when a new version comes out, especially if everything is working fine with your printer. But if you are having an issue with your printer upgrading may just fix the issue for you. If you are not sure whether to upgrade you can contact the support centre for further information.

    I have Xerox Workcentre 6027 Multifunction printer. When I tried to print this morning, it would not print so I looked in the printer queue. There were 3 documents. The status of the most recent one read “printing”. The other 2 were waiting. I tried to delete the one that read “printing” and it changed to deleting. I have been waiting for over an hour and do not know what to do with this. I need to print some documents.
