We recently launched a new look for the Xerox Support & Drivers web page. The new design is in line with the design of the Xerox.com webpages. The page is cleaner and has a modern look and feel. We hope that you will be able to find what you need faster with the new streamlined look.

The search feature has moved up to the top and is more prominent. The most accessed links are included on the page. The page contains more graphics but fewer seldom used links so that you will be able to find what you are looking for quicker than before.

You can search for your model of machine a couple of ways. You can enter the model number of your machine in the field provided. Alternately, you can find your product by type. Select a type, for instance Multifunction & Fax, and then select your product family, for instance Xerox VersaLink. When you select Xerox VersaLink then you will see a list of the VersaLink models, select the one that corresponds to your machine.

The right hand side features our social media accounts so that you can stay connected and informed on the support available for you and your Xerox products. Use that section to connect with us on YouTube, Twitter and connect to our  At Your Service blog and the Xerox Customer Support Forum. All the social media channels are good ways to stay informed about updates, security patches and other relevant information concerning the use of your printer or multifunction printer.
