The Xerox Community Support Forum has a new look. This is not a costume just for Halloween nor is it a trick. The new look launched at the end of September 2017. The Support Community site is brighter and easier to read and search. We hope you enjoy the new look. Be assured that no information was lost in the changeover to the new style.
One of the features we wanted to highlight on this new format is the search feature. The search has moved up making it easier to find. Searching on the forum will bring you answers to your issue frequently. Always consider searching first before you post, you may find the answer without ever having to post a question. In your search results you will see some items with a green check mark next to them. The green check mark means that a solution has been accepted on that post.
If the search results do not have a green check mark please review them anyway, it may just mean that no one has marked the case as solved by clicking on the Accept as Solution button. If you find a solution that is not yet marked please make sure you select the Accept as Solution button so others can find the solution too.
On the right hand side of the new page you will find links similar to the ones you were used to but some things have been added. The Helpful Resources section will take you other useful support sites and to sites with the information about the Xerox Support Forum processes and procedures. The Video Spotlight will show you an example of the videos we have available on the Xerox Support YouTube site and on the Xerox Support pages.
We hope you like the new look for the page. If you have a suggestion for other improvements leave a comment on this blog or go to the “Community Suggestion “ board and tell us what you would like to see on the Forum. A few more tweaks may occur but this is the format we will use in the foreseeable future. Thanks for making the Support Community such a success we couldn’t do it without you!
