One Way to Order Your Xerox Supplies

Recently we have talked about the Xerox Smart E-Solutions for supply replenishment and cost of bargain brands and the damage they can cause and we recommended genuine Xerox supplies. Today let’s look at the North American (NA) supplies website. Supplies sites in other countries or regions may differ. The site offers the opportunity to search by your model number, supply type or by a particular part number. You can do side – by – side comparisons of products to see which will meet your need. The supplies site is available on computers, tablets and smartphones.

The supplies page includes toner, ink, staples, fusers, drums and maintenance kits. You can us the favorites star to mark your favorites for faster ordering next time.
The supplies page also provides links to recommended media lists for your devices. The recommended media lists are also available on the support site for your machine but it is nice to have them on the supplies page so you can look at them and order right there.

You can register for My Supplies and then the page will be customized with your pricing information as well. To sign up for My Supplies, you will need your nine-digit Xerox Supplies Customer Number and a recent Supply Master Order Number. These numbers can be found on your Xerox invoice.

You can check your order status from the site as well as find information on recycling the empty supply cartridges and other recyclable consumables. Please consider recycling to keep those items out of the landfills. Recycling is easy and it is good for the environment.
