Xerox VersaLink Family Expands

Several new Xerox VersaLink printers and multifunction printers (MFP) have been introduced lately, specifically the VersaLink C7000-7020-25-30 and VersaLink B7025–30-35 and the VersaLink C500-C505-C600-C605.  These new VersaLink products offer the easy to navigate touchscreen, more reliability due to fewer moving parts in the machines and easy integration with apps to scan, cloud services and other apps for workplace simplification depending on your machine’s features.  Videos about these printers and MFPs have been added to the Xerox Support Channel on YouTube.  You can find videos that will introduce you to the overall features of the machine and videos that will show you how to use specific features.  Below I have include the product tour video for the VersaLink C500-C505-C600-C605 as an example of the videos available about these products.

One of my favorite things about this product line is the touchscreen, which is the user interface, take a look at how easy it is to navigate and customize the touchscreen for your particular business or personal preferences. Click on the picture of the touchscreen below and you will be taken to the VersaLink touchscreen simulator where you can explore the interface and see how it can be customized.  Make sure to come back here after playing with the simulator!!

Support and drivers are available on the support site.  Now you may be wondering how we have support for machines that have only been on the market for a short time. Well we have a lot of “how to” documents that come from the manuals and some knowledgebases include things that were found in the testing of the products before launch.  Our support knowledgebases are evergreen meaning that as we receive questions or see issues with the machines the knowledgebase is updated with that information so that you, the customer and users of the machine, have the most up-to-date information we can provide.

Please take a look at these new, feature rich office assistants, in the form of VersaLink printers or multifunction printers,  to see if one or more may help your business, make your processes more efficient or potentially bring new capabilities to your workflows.

I find very, very little support for the most basic functions of an MFP? My Versalink C405 has no available help posted on how to setup basic functions. All help references older units?

      Hi Michael,
Thank you for reading the blog. Please take a look at the support page for your machine. There a lot of model specific information there and on the document tab you will find the manuals for the machine. If you still have questions consider contacting your local support centre.

I agree and the company who sold us the MFP didn’t offer a simple tour of the unit. They just dropped it off and left us on our own to learn the machine! Tui, New Smyrna Beach, FL

I’m interested in the VersaLink C500 (or C400) but I’m only finding conflicting information online as to what toner it uses. Is it EA, or EA-HG? (or neither of those).
I really enjoy the print quality of the Phaser 7500 with EA-HG toner, but don’t need another A3 printer. Which of your current models (<$2000) uses EA-HG toners?

      Hi User,
Thank you for reading the blog. I do not have an answer for you about the toner for the VersaLink products. Please contact your local support centre for assistance, they should be able to find the answer for you.
