Manuals are provided on the CD that comes with the machine and contain comprehensive information regarding all the features and options on the machine. If you have misplaced the CD the manuals can also be found and downloaded ala carte online from the documentation tab for your machine.
A full selection of topics is available to help you answer questions and problems with your printers and multifunction devices. Online support is at your fingertips 24 hours a day. The items in the Online Support are a robust collection of how-tos and issues that have been seen on the machine, suggestions and solutions are offered.
Forums is a place that you can post a specific issue you are seeing or need help with on your machine and you can then receive answers or suggestions from other people that use the same machine. It is users helping users, our “family style” option in menu speak.
The fast track consists of a form that you will fill out about your specific machine to ask a question or seek help for a problem or issue. The link for Fast Track to the Expert is located at the top of the support page for your machine. Once the form is filled out simply click on Submit and the form is sent to us here at Xerox support where it will be verified and then sent to the proper Remote Support Specialist (RSS) to help you. The RSS are all highly trained and many are trained technicians with 20 + years of experience.
Not available on all machines. You can go to the support page for your printer or multifunction device and on the left under the heading Product Support Links look for the “Email Xerox Support”. If the link is there click on it and fill out the information to email your question to the support representatives and they will email you back with an answer or suggestions. Please include as much detail as possible in your email so that the representatives will know the specifics of your setup.
