Xerox App Support

Did you know that Xerox has many applications (apps) available for the Xerox printers and multifunction machines? I am sure you have seen or heard of some of the apps Xerox Print Portal, Xerox Easy Translator, Mobile for DocuShare and so many more.  You can take a look at the apps at the ConnectKey App site, the App Gallery and / or the Mobile Link app site. There is also brochures, found under the “PDF downloads” link, that will show you which digital systems are compatible with the apps. Remember that most of the apps are available through your app store for either Apple or Android.

Maybe you know all about the apps we offer but did you know we have online support for many of the offerings? There are a couple of ways to find the online support. If you click on the Support link at the top of the page then select All Support you can then type in the name of the app in the search box. Another way is to click on the Software & Platforms link on the left. Please see the image below.

The online support for apps is similar to the support for the machines, you will find frequently asked questions and how tos. There will also be a tab for any documentation that may be available and a tab for the software which may include updates and patches.

There will also be a tab or link to the information for contacting support if you do not find what you are looking for or if you have additional questions. Contact information is available for North America and there is a link to show you international support as well.

There is also boards on the Xerox Customer Support Community Forum that are dedicated to some of the apps.  You can ask questions on the forum about your Xerox products including the apps.

We have apps you may need or want to make your business more productive and your processes easier in this mobile age and we have support available if and when you need help.

      Thank you for reading the At Your Service blog. You do not mention which printer you are using so I cannot suggest any solutions for the error code U9. Please search for solutions on the support page for your model of printer. If you are unable to find a solution online please consider contacting your local support centre.
