    For the Xerox Documate,..
Can the scanner or sw OCR receipts-meaning can it pick up separately the date, maybe vendor, subtotal, tax, and totals for each receipt, CC type, and basically put it in a DB,

Notes – IF I have a bunch or receipts, lots, and diff credit cards, diff vendors, diff mths/yrs,… will the sw pick up and sort and org by date or credit card, or vendor, or sub/totals, etc, ..Is each receipt in 1 sep file, or the bunch scanned is in 1 folder,… How are the scans organized??

I want each receipt in a DB, maybe like a spreadsheet, so I can see where I spent money on diff categories or credit cards, or vendors, … Same q with business cards,… does it pick up separately the names, phone #’s , addr, etc
Can I call in to get detailed answers,.. where??
