You may have noticed some changes on some of our websites. I want to quickly review the changes to make sure you can still find what you are looking for on our sites.
The main Xerox.com site went through a design change in 2015. The blog pages went through a design change this month. To find the blogs from the main Xerox.com page click on the About tab near the top of the page and in the drop-down menu you will see Xerox Blogs near the bottom of the menu. This will take you to the main blog page where you can peruse the most recent blogs or select a specific blog like At Your Service by clicking on the View all Blogs button on the right hand side. From the drop-down menu just select the blog you want to see.
The blogs themselves have gone through a change to a new look. We hope you like the new look and find it appealing to the eye. Please let us know what you think by commenting in the comment section on this article.
Now let’s take a look at the ways to find your online support. Obviously you only need to click on the Support tab near the top of the main Xerox.com site. Once you select the support tab you can navigate to several helpful sites. Click on All Support or Support and Drivers to get to the main support page where you can enter the model of your printer and find FAQs and How tos. You may have noticed that many of the support sites for the machines have gone through a redesign as well. You have new ways to filter your search results and more ways to find what you are looking for with the new Browse buttons on the right. This new change to the support pages should help you find what you need more efficiently. See a sample of the new look below:
Under the Support tab you can select MySupport to navigate to the MySupport Portal site. If you choose Support Community Forum you will get to the online support community and ask a question or answer one about your machine. Please see the image below to see the support menu. There are also links to find out about buying a machine and the North American telephone support number is listed. Additional helpful links take you to the register your product site, submit meter reads site, take you to consulting and training resources or to the security site that is constantly updated with information and patches when required, to keep your information safer.
This image shows the menu you will see when you click on Support on the main Xerox.com page.
Please let us know how you like the new look and if there is something we can improve. We look forward to your comments.
