Tomorrow, Wednesday May 4, 2016 is the Xerox Customer Support Community Ask the Expert event. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 5 P.m. EDT. You have all day to post your question(s) about anything to do with drivers for your Xerox products. The event is free and will be conducted in English only.
We had announced 4 experts but we have added one more. Paul DiPasquale, a remote support analyst with over 19 years of experience, will be joining us to answer questions about the Color Press 800/1000/1000i, Versant 2100, Versant 80 and associated DFE’s.
How the day will work
Sign in to the community before posting your question.
-> If you are not a current member of the community and do not have a Xerox.com login you will need to register before posting. Select the Register link at the top right of the Xerox Support Community or select register in the Helpful Resource section on the right of the Support Community page.
-> If you have a Xerox.com login but have never accessed the forum you will be required to Sign-in and create your community profile.
-> Once you have signed in you can post your comment or questions related to the topic and replies to your questions or comments will be posted throughout the day.
-> You will need to either choose the notification option for your post or check back through the day to see the answer to your question and to see the other questions and answers asked throughout the day.
When you create your post please remember to include the following:
- Printer or Multifunction printer model number.
- Operating System being used. Example: Windows 8 or Mac OS X 10.10 etc.
- Country you and / or the printer are located.
This information is needed so that we can get the correct expert to respond to you.
