    The copies it is making have lines in them and color codes things on the side. We need someone to come look at it. It may need to be cleaned not sure what is going on – but it is getting worse.

    Can’t get into settings to change my printing to Normal. keeps reverting to Sample and stores all … all day.. then i have to do a system reboot
    urghhhhhh!!!

      Hi Sandra,
      Thank you for reading the blog. You do not mention which machine you are using. Generally you need to make sure that the Sample Set has not been chosen as your default. Check the Earth Smart settings in your driver to make sure sample is not the default in that section of your driver. For more specific information please search on sample in the knowledge base for your machine or contact your local support centre.
