How do I keep the printer to defaulting to Tray 3 when 2 is empty?

      Hi Maria,
Thank you for reading the blog. Please turn off the auto tray switching so that the machine will not switch to another tray. Follow the steps in configure tray management. If this does not help please consider contacting your local support centre.
