Have you ever had to call for service on your Xerox equipment ?  Did you wonder what happens and how the technician ends up at your location?  Well we have a new updated process that we hope will bring the right technician with the right qualifications to your location at the time you need them.  The new system is called Xerox Service Assurance Technology (XSAT).

The process begins when you call into the support centre.  Our support representatives will first try to solve your issue over the phone using the same Online Support Knowledge base available to you 24 hours a day at Xerox.com/support.    If the representative is unable to solve the problem and service is required the process is started to identify and dispatch the correct service technician to your location.  The video below explains the whole process better than I ever could. The goal is to get the right person to you as soon as possible so that you can continue to do your work.  We want to keep your business operating smoothly by offering you this new system to dispatch our service technicians if you should ever need one.  But remember for some problems all you need to do is search for your answer in the online support, the customer support community or call our support centre for information.
