Whether you already have your copy of Windows 8 or are planning on getting it soon or hoping to receive it for the holidays we’ve got you covered! Windows 8 launched and Xerox is ready with drivers for your products. Windows 8 is different and therefore the look and feel of the drivers are different as well. We have many of the Windows 8 drivers ready for our products and others will be issued soon.
To find a complete list please check out the compatibility document for Windows 8. Information for installing and using the drivers is also available in the document. If you are thinking about upgrading to the new OS please take a look at the document. The drivers themselves, if available for your machine, are on the support page for your machine under the drivers tab.
If a driver is not yet available for your machine and the matrix shows if there will be one issued please visit your support page or the matrix periodically to see if the driver has been issued.
The online support will be updated as required with new solutions and how tos for the Windows 8 operating system. Please remember that our online support pages are always being upgraded with new information so always check it out when you are looking for information about how to use or troubleshoot your machine.
Another great resource for information is the Customer Support Community Forum, there you can ask questions and get answers from your peers that are using the same products as you are using.
