We have a couple of ways for you to join the conversation and help other Xerox customers and yourself.  First you can rate your product.  We now have a way for you to rate your product and let others know what you think about your printer or multifunction device.  This rating system allows you to tell others about your experience with the machine and your rating.  You can rate the printer on a 1-5 star rating.  The rating system also lets you tell others a little about your work environment so they can relate your experience to their own situation.  Look into the ratings and feel free to leave your rating. 

Another way to join the conversation is to head over to the Customer Support Forum Community.  I mentioned this site briefly last week but let’s take another look.  The Customer Support Forum Community is a great way to get support and provide support on your Xerox Printer or Multifunction Printer.  Sign–up and begin reading the information available about the questions or issues you may have with your machine.  The forum is a place for end users of the products to help one another with tips, hints, solutions and ideas.  Everything from printing using Windows 7.0 to the printer is printing greens too green.  Jump in and share your knowledge and experiences, you could help someone with their business and maybe you can find help or ideas with your business.  You can even give “kudos” to posts that helped you.  It is a great system setup to allow users to help users Who better to talk to then some one that owns the same product that you do?

So join these conversations, learn something, teach something or just be part of the group.  You never know what you could learn by being involved in the ratings system or in the Customer Support Forum.
