Customer Relations Help Desk

The Customer Relation Help Desk is a team of people dedicated to answering your questions or sharing information about most aspects of your Xerox experience. The Help Desk can be reached via phone, email and when a Help Desk team member is available, Chat.  The Customer Relations Help Desk is not a product technical support team, they cannot help you troubleshoot your printer or walk you through setting up a driver for example, those requests and questions should still be brought to the support page for your machine, your local Support Centre 1-800-821-2797 (US only) , Fast Track to the Expert link or the Xerox Customer Support Community Forum.

The Customer Relations Help Desk can help you find the right people to talk or the answers to questions about supplies, services, programs, support and products just to name a few examples.  The Customer Relations Help Desk will help you find an answer.  They may have to follow-up with you after doing some research but they will work hard to find an answer to your questions.

The Customer Relations Help Desk team has also compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and the answers to those questions and have posted them in the FAQ site also found on the Customer Relation Help Desk site.  The answer you need may already be there in the FAQs.  The Help Desk personnel are dedicated to helping you, our customers get the information you need as directly as possible.

    We have a Xerox B405 printer that is less than 4 months old we recently have had a problem when using the feeder to copy or fax. Their is a bold straight line that appears down the whole page the line is almost 4 inches from the left side of the paper. So we tried to clean the roller that is on the bottom of the feeder as well as the one above it. I can send you a picture of what I’m talking about if your not following what I’m trying to point out.

      Thank you for reading the blog. Please take a look at the solutions for lines on copies and faxes. You will need to clean the scanner and the glass as explained in the solutions. If that does not fix it then please consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.
