Xerox Training Videos for Multifunction Printers

Several training videos have been posted for some of the Xerox multifunction devices. These videos walk you through many of the features of the machine and can be viewed all at once or a section at a time. The flexibility is great, you can watch just one section to answer a pressing question on how to do something like using scan to e-mail for example.
These videos are great to familiarize yourself with the most popular features and functions of the machine and are also wonderful for new users and casual users that may not necessarily need to know everything about the multifunction device. If you have a user that only uses one feature they can just watch the section of the video for the feature they need. The training videos can also be downloaded to your PC for your use.

Below is a list of the machines that have the training videos. Click on the machine name to be redirected to the Training video.

I think I got them all but alternately you can navigate to the support page for the machine and then select the Video tab to find or check for the training video.

One more video I would like to make you aware of is the training video for the Xerox Global Driver for Windows 7. I hope you take a look. The videos are helpful and can get you to answers quickly. This is just one more option for finding the support you need on your Xerox product.

      Hi Arlene,
Thank you for reading the blog. At this point there is not a training video available. There are overview videos and simulators available on the product page under “View demo and video”.
      Thanks,

    Hi Cheryl,

Could you please advise if these videos are available in other languages such as German, French, etc.?

    Kind Regards,
    Darren.

      Hi Darren,
Thank you for reading the At Your Service blog. Some of the videos are available in other languages and all are available in French. Just go to the support page for the machine select the video tab and then click on the down arrow in the language box to see the available languages. I have not gone to other country sites to check but I believe if the language is available for videos produced in North America they will be listed on the support page video tab. I hope this helps.
      Thanks,
      CherylO-Xerox
