Navigating Xerox Print Drivers Made Easy
Have you ever had trouble finding a setting in a driver or have a question about how an option in a driver works? Well we now have some training videos that will help you understand and navigate the drivers. The videos are available on the support pages for some machines but the driver information is the same for most machines. There are two videos, one for the Windows based Global PostScript print driver and one for the Macintosh Operating System PostScript print driver. The videos are structured in such a way that you can watch the video all at once or you can just watch the section about the feature you would like to use.
The videos will walk you through the installation of the drivers including how to make sure all of your installable options have been configured properly. The videos explore each of the tabs on the driver as well.
I have added the video for the Global PostScript print driver below. The Xerox Global PostScript print driver video is geared toward the Windows 7.0 driver but the information will be similar to other versions of the driver.
Below is the video for the Xerox PostScript print driver for the Macintosh OS X.
These videos are great for the person that might be new to the machine or for the experienced user that wants to utilize a feature they have never used before. For the IT person this can be a great training tool to distribute to your users to help them effectively and efficiently use the drivers for the Xerox devices on your network. All features and tabs may not be present on your driver interface depending on the operating system used, the option purchased for your machine and the features available.
Take a look at the video(s) and come back here and leave a comment letting us know how you like them and if you found them useful. We would appreciate your input.
