Can’t Get Satisfaction? You Can With the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee

When was the last time you were totally satisfied with a product or service?  Here at Xerox we strive to make sure you are satisfied with the products we provide to you our valued customers.  To that end we offer a Total Satisfaction Guarantee on any Xerox-brand equipment. 

The general basics of this policy are that if you are not satisfied with your equipment at any time during the first 3, tres, trois, drei, tri, tre, that is three years in any language then “Xerox will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, at Xerox’s option, with Xerox Equipment with comparable features and capabilities.”*.  For all the specifics please check out the Total Satisfaction Guarantee website.  

If you are financing your machine through Xerox for more than 3 years then the guarantee will expire at the end of the initial term of the finance agreement.  So it could be even longer than 3 years.  Obviously this agreement can only be offered if your equipment is properly maintained by Xerox.  If you are taking apart the machine yourself or have your neighbor tinker with it then we can’t honor this offer, but you can understand that can’t you?  The Total Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to equipment that is continuously maintained by Xerox or its authorized representatives under a Xerox warranty or Xerox maintenance plan.
