Whether you call them Memory sticks, USB, Thumb, Zip, or Flash drives those little drives sure do come in handy.  They also come in every size, color and even shapes these days.  Check out some examples below, I love the “thumb” drive!  Flash drives make it so easy to take your information with you to wherever you might need it. 

Now I find out I can take my flash drive to a Xerox printer, plug it in and print my information.  I don’t even have to touch a computer.  How cool is that?   Many of our printers accept input from flash drives, printers ranging from the Nuvera™  100  to the WorkCentre 7435 to the Phaser 3635 MFP and many others.  On these machines you can walk up, plug in your flash drive and print your document using the user interface to select the item to be printed.  Click on the machine name links above to see instructions from the Xerox Online Support Assistant for using the USB drives.  If you have one of the printers that has this feature or you happen upon one, check it out.
